Dr. S. V. N. L. Lalitha

Dr. S. V. N. L. Lalitha obtained her B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from S. V. University College of Engineering, Tirupathi. Obtained her M.Tech in Power Systems with a CGPA of 9.7. She stood as Institute Topper in National Institute of Technology, Warangal. She has completed her Ph.D in the Electrical Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology, Warangal. She started her teaching career as a lecturer in KSRM College of Engineering, Kadapa in 1997. From 1998 onwards, she is with K L E F Deemed to be University and presently working as Professor and Head of EEE Department.

Dr. Lalitha is a life member of ISTE and a senior member of IEEE. She is working as Vice Chair of Executive Council of IEEE Guntur sub-section, Hyderabad Section. she is actively involved in IEEE women in engineering events. She has participated and delivered lectures at International level in IEEE R10 SYWL Congress held at Bali-Indonesia and IEEE R10 WIE ILS at Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dr. Lalitha acted as the Energy Systems Research Group Head and as Power Systems Research Group Head.

Current Research Interests:
Currently, Dr. SVNL Lalitha’s research is focused on Artificial Intelligence and Meta Heuristic Techniques application in Power Systems, Smart Grids, Distribution Systems, Restructured Power Systems, Transmission Pricing, Micro Grid Protection and Energy Management.
